Storyboard: UNICEF

Representing the initial 3 seconds of a short animated film for the UNICEF’s “Year of the Child” this visually poetic segment projects forth much of the artistic philosophy I have aspired to throughout my creative career. Magically metamorphic “the birth”, through simplest of brush drawings, lyrically illustrates the emotional essence and beauty of a birth, as well as that unique moment of the first encounter and a unique bond between a life giving mother and her newborn child. All of it attained and conveyed by a line brought to life via magic of animation and imagination.

Imagination represents an infinite state of a creative mind within which all is attainable and nothing is unthinkable. Within it exists a potential which transforms artist into the Creator of a gravity free and reality independent life.
